SBI customers alert! Don’t forget, if you do these 4 mistakes your account will be empty

State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest public sector bank, has warned its customers. SBI has said that customers need to be cautious between the incidents of increasing fraud. The special thing is that frauds are happening not just by online transactions but also through ATMs. SBI has advised its customers to keep the account safe. State Bank has alerted that customers should not make such a mistake at all, so that their bank account is free. SBI alerts its customers from time to time, as well as safe banking tips.

Do not do public internet transactions State Bank has told what to do and what not to do. According to SBI, customers should not make online transactions with public devices, open networks and free Wi-Fi zones. According to the bank, using the public device keeps the customer’s personal information being leaked.

Do not OTP, PIN, CVV, UPI PIN , According to the State Bank of India, the second tip is to never tell anyone your OTP (One Time Password), PIN number, debit or credit card’s CVV number. According to the bank, most frauds are done this way. By calling the bank on the phone call, giving a warning to block your card, and asking for a CVV number written on the back of the OTP or the card to change the password. Beware of such fraud.

Do not save bank account information in the phone  State Bank says that never forget the information of your bank account or online banking in the phone. The bank has said that keeping a bank account number, password, number of ATM cards, or keeping a picture of it keeps your information leak.

Do not Share ATM Card or Card Details According to SBI, your ATM should be used by yourself. Secondly, do not use your ATM or any card. Apart from this, card details should not be shared with anyone. This may leak your account information. There may be unauthorized transactions as well.

Bank never asks this information  SBI has shared this information on its Twitter account that it never asks sensitive information like user ID, PIN, password, CVV, OTP, VPA (UPI) from its customers. So take care of these things while doing every transaction.
